I moved to Bellevue, Washington in July of 2008. I grew up in Columbia, Missouri and moved to Kansas City when I was in my 20's. I have worked in gyms since the age of 21 and have spent most of the last 25 years as a trainer.

  I am married and have 2 children. Daughter is about to graduate from college and son is in high school.

  Several years ago, at the age of 41, I finally fulfilled a lifelong desire to compete in bodybuilding. I compete in the IFPA, (International Fitness and Physique Association)
and turned pro in Figure and Masters Bodybuilding when I was 42.

Every show that I compete in the IFPA is completely drug tested and polygraphed. I have competed in numerous shows over the past several years, and have been very successful.

In August of 2007, I won my first title as a pro. Now, several years later, I can honestly say I am in the best shape I've ever been in.
Over the years, I have worked in many different fitness centers. I began with my first job in Columbia, Missouri, then several years later, I moved to Kansas City, Missouri after being offered a job with a large nationally recognized gym as an assistant manager/trainer. I soon found out that being a trainer was what I wanted to do.


Now, as a resident of Bellevue, Washington, I am looking forward to making new connections here and helping others reach their fitness and wellness goals. Not everyone wants to compete onstage, but everyone wants to feel better. So, if your goal is bodybuilding, fitting into your favorite jeans again, or just being able to play outside in this beautiful Pacific Northwest without fatiguing, I am here to help.

My goal is to help make exercise something you enjoy, not something you avoid.
